The last thing you want to get to work to at 6:30 is an email that says something along the lines of “your attempt at taking minutes was, if anything, courageous.”  Like hi, what the hell are minutes and don't tell me after the meeting that I was expected to take them.  I am glad I was the only one at the office at this time, because I let out a few hardy choice words. 

Then I took a hot minute to reflect upon the little things that made my morning that much better...

-  New windshield wipers- What a difference! No more streaks!
-  Lorin and Wally’s “Man from Maine”- Quick laugh to start the day
-  Burts Bees chapstick – love a good morning tingle
-  Bailey’s coffee creamer- Tastes the same as the booze AND work appropriate!

Desk goodies. Note: Clown nose, cactus, Rubiks cube, Pez dispenser, cute pics, fruit, coffee, voicemail on phone, Jimmy Fund Walk, champagne coasters, new hand sanitizer, water, peace sign air freshener, etc.

-  Listening to a Beatles CD- I am the walrus, coo coo cachoooooo!
-  Seeing Nate’s coworker tag him in a picture of a “Creeping Fig”
-  The necklace I got from Nate for Christmas
-  New knee highs!
-  The Hunnies have a big game tonight- Lets keep that winning streak going with a second dub!

-  Opening a new aloe hand sanitizer-  clean, healthy, moisturizing and smells like my animal
-  Playing with the most addicting magnets EVER  I could play with these for days.

-  My argyle lunch box from LL Bean filled with healthy food (minus the ranch dressing for my carrots, but as discussed with a coworker, raw veggies must have dip)
